So here's where it started.
I was a young teenager in Navy search and rescue. Mechanic and plane captain. Before every flight and after every flight, I checked every part of that helicopter, because one loose screw takes down a whole crew. And I trained the people around me to check it the same way.
Other people's lives were in my hands every single trip. Nobody claps for the screw you caught. You catch it anyway.
Then I sat in the seats. CEO, COO, CAO, CHRO, as a founder and as a partner. Operations, contracts, deals, tech and the people who make all of it move. I built my own company and took it to 200%+ revenue growth and scale in 6 months, on the systems and engines I personally built.
Every seat taught me the same thing. One move hits three other things, and most people only see the one in front of them.
That's what I do now. I see the whole board, and I sit on your side of it.
I came up on need-to-know. I still work that way. Whatever you bring me stays between us. Want an NDA? We sign it before our first call.
No agenda but yours.
