Confidant · Strategist · The one who gets it done

I've sat in the room where the big moves get made. Now I sit on your side of the table.

Owners, CEOs and top producers call me before the big moves. Raising prices. The next market. An offer on the company. Buying out a partner. You walk into the big calls already knowing how every seat at the table will play it.

I came up on need-to-know. I still work that way. Whatever you bring me stays between us.

Confidential. I reply personally within one business day. “There have been several occasions when Noël asked a question that completely changed how I was looking at an issue.” President, Board of Directors

What is a business consigliere?

The private advisor an owner, CEO or top producer keeps in their corner for the moves that grow the business. Raising your prices. The next market. The senior hire. Someone offers to buy your company. Taking outside money. Not your lawyer and not your coach. Somebody who's sat in every seat and sits on your side of the table.

You won't find my clients' names anywhere. Not on my site, not in my posts, not on my show. That's the whole point of me.

If you want an NDA, we sign it before our first call. You deal with me, not a team.

Your business pays for it like any other advisor. It's one line item.

The bigger the move, the more it pays to see the whole board first.

You need somebody who's played it from every seat and wants you to win.

What is a business consigliere?+

A business consigliere is the private advisor an owner, CEO or top producer keeps in their corner for the moves that grow the business: raising prices, the next market, the senior hire, an offer to buy the company. No agenda but yours. Not your lawyer and not your coach. Somebody who's sat in every seat and sits on your side of the table. Mine started at 17 in Navy search and rescue, checking every part before the crew flew. Then the CEO, COO, CAO and CHRO seats. I bring all of it to your big calls, and it stays between us.

What calls do people bring a business consigliere?+

The growth calls. Raising your prices. The next market. The hire that changes your year. The deal worth chasing. Someone offers to buy your company. Taking outside money. Bring it before you move, while it's moving or after it lands.

Can my business pay for this?+

Yes. You get an invoice from Workplace Intelligence, and your business pays it like any other advisor it uses. It's one line item.

Will you ever say who you work with?+

No. I came up on need-to-know and I still work that way. You won't find my clients' names on my site, in my posts or on my show. If you hire me, nobody hears it from me.

How much does a private advisor for CEOs cost?+

Mine are posted. A Private Strategy Session is $2,000 for 90 minutes on one decision. Consigliere Advisory is $5,000 a month for a private 60-minute session every week and access between sessions. Closer access is $10,000 a month with same-day answers when it's moving, and I keep four of those seats. Everything is month to month, and your business can pay for it.

Who do business owners talk to before a big decision?+

Usually nobody who's sat in the seat. Your team needs you to look sure. Your board has a stake in the answer. Your spouse loves you but wasn't in the room. That's the seat I take. You bring me the move before you make it, and I tell you what I see from every side of the table.

What can I bring you?+

Anything with real stakes where the answer isn't obvious. Work and life both.

Before: the deal, the price, the partner conversation, the board meeting, the next market. Most of my best work happens here, while every option is still open.

During: it's already moving and you need a clear read fast. Who shifted, what changed, what to say and what not to say.

After: the decision is made. Now it's locking in the win and lining up the next move.

If you're asking yourself 'what am I missing?', bring it.

Is this confidential?+

Yes. I came up on need-to-know and I've worked that way in every seat since. Want an NDA? We sign it before our first call. You deal with me, not a team. It stays between us.

What happens after I reach out?+

I read it myself and reply within one business day. If it's a fit, we set up a short call to confirm what you need, then book your session. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you.

Where do most people start?+

With one Private Strategy Session. You leave with my read and your next move. If you want me in your corner after that, we talk about advisory.

Do I have to commit for months?+

No. Consigliere Advisory and closer access are both month to month.

Can you help my company, not just me?+

Yes. I work with CEOs and leadership teams on company decisions too. Tell me what's going on and I'll tell you which option fits.

How is this different from coaching?+

A coach asks good questions. I've sat in the seats you're dealing with. I tell you what I see, what it's worth and what I'd do.

Is this legal advice or therapy?+

No. I'm your consigliere, not your lawyer or your therapist. If you need a lawyer or another licensed professional, I'll tell you.

Do business owners really have a consigliere?+

The ones who keep winning do. They just don't call it that. It's the person they call first. Before the lawyer, before the board, before the team hears a word.

How is it different from a mastermind or a peer group?+

A peer group is ten people giving you ten opinions once a month, and every one of them has a business of their own to run. This is one on one. Nobody in the room but you and me, and nobody else's agenda.

Who do you work with?+

Owners, CEOs, executives and top producers who are already great at what they do. The money's coming in. And every big call still lands on you at 11 at night.

Won't more customers just mean more work for me?+

Only if every customer still runs through you. Most CEOs, owners and top producers at your level aren't short on demand. They're the bottleneck for every decision, so growth just piles more on the same desk. I see which decisions should never reach you again and which ones need you, and we get the next move clear. Less of you in the weeds. More of you at the top.

I've already watched all the videos. Why would I need you?+

Because you don't have an information problem. You have a judgment problem, and nobody can watch a video about your business for you. You bring me what's actually happening. I tell you what I see between the lines and what I'd do next. Then you move.

Why should I trust your read?+

I was advising senior military leaders at 17, on calls that affected a whole search and rescue fleet. One loose screw could ground a helicopter. That's been the pattern my whole career: I see what's sitting between the lines before it becomes the problem. I came up on need-to-know, and I still work that way.

Do you do the work too?+

That's a different seat. If what you need is hands on the build, that's the 45-Day Revenue Build. The Consigliere is my judgment, on your side, every week.

CEO · Roofing companyHe was weighing an acquisition and needed his services clear before he moved. I sat beside him while he made the call, not after.“A lot of people can tell you what's wrong after the fact. Far fewer can sit beside you while you're making the decision and help you avoid creating three new problems while solving the first one.”

President · Board of directorsA board with five different reads on the same issue. I asked the question that changed how the president saw it.“There have been several occasions when Noël asked a question that completely changed how I was looking at an issue. That is difficult to put a price on.”
