How is a private advisor different from a mastermind or a board of advisors?
A mastermind gives you a room full of people at your stage. A board of advisors gives you a rotating team. With me you get one person who has held the CEO, COO, CAO and CHRO seats, knows your whole situation and is there between sessions when things change. It's private. You can say the real thing.
How much does a private business advisor cost?
Mine are posted, so you never have to guess: a Private Strategy Session is $1,500 for one decision in 90 minutes, Consigliere Advisory is $5,000 a month, the Consigliere Seat is $10,000 a month, the 45-Day Growth Partnership starts at $15,000, and Organizational Advisory starts at $15,000 a month.
Can my company pay for this?

Is this the same as a fractional COO?
Fractional COO is one of the hats I wear, and I'll step into operations when that's what moves the number. And I've held the CEO, CAO and CHRO seats too, so while I'm in there I'm looking at the whole board with you.
