Am i at fault for a user error. How can i possible see this. Its not my fault your not following directions. But its still my fault. How can I get thru to the owner, the owner sees the employee venting about the problems and i have to fix it, constantly. Now the client doesn’t want to pay for these occurrences. I cant fix the user. I have spoken to the owner, but it seems its over their head. I have tried to speak to the user, the owners, show directions, make a tiny template, take steps. It all fails. Locking the user failed. Suggesting someone else failed. Guidelines fail. I’m stuck with the user who will not listen. They must be doing this on purpose, and its effecting my occupation. Its the only possible motive. I have a broken user who fails recognize the stress this is causing. My solutions are failing..
